Returns & Refunds Policy

All our products are cut, drilled & assembled as a custom-made order according to the dimensions & specifications you (the customer) have entered with your online order through the Pantry Drawers Online website.

Due to this custom-made nature, Pantry Drawers Online cannot offer a refund based on change of mind or incorrect ordering.

We ask that you please make your selections very carefully before completing your order and thoroughly check that all the measurements you provide for your order is correct, and entered correctly, before submitting your order. If you are unsure of any specifications or measurements, please contact us for assistance before ordering.

Pantry Drawers Online will not be held liable for products supplied that meet the specifications/dimensions provided by you (the customer) with our online ordering process if the customer’s specifications/dimensions are inaccurate.

Products Damaged in Transit

Please note that the act of you signing for your pantry drawers online products upon delivery is your acceptance that damage has not occurred in shipping your order.

We advise that you inspect the packaging carefully before signing for the delivery for any noticeable damage, rips, dents, or compression/crushing to the cardboard carton. Please inspect the contents of the carton as soon as possible to see if any components have sustained any damage.

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is faulty or damaged, we will provide a replacement component that can rectify the drawer using our DIY online video assembly instructions (Small damaged or faulty parts) as long as we are notified of the product’s damage/fault within 3 days of the delivery being accepted.

If considerable damage has occurred to the drawer in transit, then we'll exchange it with a like for like replacement as long as we are notified of the product’s damage/fault within 3 days of the delivery being accepted.

Faulty or Defective Products

Product returns will only be considered in the event of defect. 

For a case of faulty or defective products, we will ask you to email us with photographs of the offending item(s) and on approval we will happily process replacement part(s) for delivery to you.

Pantry Drawers Online will not be responsible for any removal, installation and/or setup costs incurred during and in relation to any replacement of product.

Pantry Drawers Online will not be responsible for consequential damages (such as loss of use) inconvenience, loss or damage to personal property, whether direct, indirect or economic.

Pantry Drawers Online reserve the right to arrange for inspection of any claimed faulty or damaged products prior to agreeing to any refund or product exchange.

Any approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
